iwishfor is a platform that enables users to create, share, and manage wishlists for various occasions. The Service allows:

• Creating and customizing wishlists with products from any online store
• Sharing wishlists with friends and family via unique links
• Coordinating gifts through item claiming to prevent duplicates
• Organizing Secret Santa gift exchanges with random participant assignments
• Managing wishlist privacy settings

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Maintain and update your account information

5. Wishlist Content

5.1 User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload (wishlist titles, descriptions, images, etc.). By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the Service.

5.2 Content Standards

All content must comply with applicable laws and must not:

• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Contain illegal, harmful, or offensive material
• Violate privacy or publicity rights
• Be misleading or fraudulent

5.3 Content Removal

6. Purchases and Affiliate Links

iwishfor does not process payments or handle money transfers. Contributors who claim items purchase them directly from retailers. All transactions occur between the contributor and the respective merchant, subject to that merchant's terms and conditions.

6.2 Affiliate Links

Some product links on iwishfor may be affiliate links. When contributors click these links and make purchases, we may receive a small commission from the retailer at no additional cost to the buyer. This helps support the Service. Users are informed about affiliate links and can opt out of this feature.

6.3 Service Fees

iwishfor is currently free to use. We reserve the right to introduce fees or premium features in the future with reasonable notice to users.

6.4 No Liability for Purchases

We are not responsible for the quality, delivery, or any issues related to products purchased through linked retailers. Any disputes should be resolved directly with the merchant.
